HYDROFLUV PROJECT
The society HYDROQUEST with is new concept of pure under water turbine generator works with Foc transmissions for the production of step-up gears.
This project associate several partners : HYDROQUEST (leader), Erneo, Biotope, Artelia, EDF, LEGI.
The goal being to capture the river kinetic energie in order to produce clean an economic electric energy.
A prototype is working on the Loire river since november 2014.

The goal being to detects any uncontroled potentialy dangerous movement of the load.and Insures instant braking no overspeed and extremly short stopping distance.
A protype must be install at Aubert&Duval society and ADC society in 2017.

CONTROL OVER ALL PROCESSES
There are procedures for each stage of production with qualification and approval stages (contract review, design review, outsourcing, traceability, in-production inspections and end product testing).
Quality plans and specific inspections ensure that custom products meet all the requirements defi ned in standards, contracts and regulations.
Inspections are carried out at each fabrication stage in a leading edge metrology laboratory. The test phase ends with a final test on a test bed (noise, vibration, self-heating, gear contact surfaces, paint quality, etc). The finnal quality of our products is certifi ed by all the test reports produced at each stage (ultrasound, dye penetration, magnetic particle inspection, dimensional measurements, etc).
